Welcome to The Modern School of Manners. By submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Inquiry & Booking Process

  • All service inquiries must be submitted via our official inquiry form on our website or through direct contact.
  • After submitting an inquiry, a consultation will be scheduled to discuss service needs, pricing, and expectations.
  • Based on the consultation, a proposal outlining the scope of services and pricing will be provided.
  • To secure services, a contract must be signed, and an invoice will be issued.

2. Payment Terms

  • Services are confirmed only after the signed contract and receipt of the initial payment (as specified in the proposal).
  • Payment details, including deposits and final balances, will be outlined in the invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a client cancels after signing the contract, any deposits or payments made may be non-refundable based on the terms agreed upon.
  • If we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule or provide an appropriate refund.

4. Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing at least [insert timeframe] before the scheduled service.
  • Any modifications to the agreed-upon services must be approved in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • While we strive to provide high-quality etiquette training and consulting, results may vary based on individual participation and effort.
  • We are not responsible for how information from our services is applied outside of our training sessions.
  • The Modern School of Manners shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, training guides, and content provided by The Modern School of Manners remain our intellectual property.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during inquiries or service engagements is protected in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
  • Both parties agree to keep sensitive business and personal information confidential.

9. Governing Law
